Spy mode improvements

1. Spy mode - any way to suppress the Donate message - I did and .... 2. Spy mode shutdown - A ok/ignore dialog appears if RealTerm's spy button is depressed and an attempt to exit realterm occurs even if the monitored port isn't open. Apparently RealTerm knows whether or not the monitored com port is in use (un-click spy button while port is open causes a different notice). Could this same...

Manual

section 1.1, between "y axis" and "although" are a couple of strange characters. Would be nice if there was an image of the window just after importing an audio file with the various landmarks indicated and described.
