It would be nice if I could associate different rails installations with a project. This ought to be on a project-by-project basis, but perhaps with a default preference.
e.g. MacPorts vs. Leopard vs. Fink, etc...

It would be nice to have a menu, instead of just the toolbar - especially so that we've got keyboard equivalents to run, stop projects, etc.

Should support different editors, other than TextMate. Perhaps a selectable preference, and automatically updates the icon in the toolbar.
Start with support for TextWrangler, BBEdit, etc?
Eventually, could we just open an NSOpenPanel and take any application?.
