I have Win98SE and get a missing DLL message when I install dictator on it. The install of dictator on WinXP was fine and it works great (I love this tool and plan to support it) on that platform. So I found the DLL from the Win98SE machine and copied it into the dictator directory and then get this message:
DICTATOR_START caused an invalid page fault in module MSVCR71.DLL at 0167:7c350513...
