The problem is worse. Open the second attached example cml file and you can see that the colors of the rings are intercepting each others.

- draw for example a cube in Avogadro 1.0
- use the highlight ring feature
Result: one ring is not highlighted
This might be intended because it is nice to be able to look into a bucky ball but is annoying when having several polyhedrons in a drawing. The attached file contains 3 polyhedrons. As result 3 rings of the dodecahedron are not highlighted.

Why that? Can the author list not be output verbatim (as it is)? I don't understand why you require a certain format for the HTML output.

I know this, but this is no reason that the author names are truncated when exporting the database as HTML. This is even a dataloss!

No, both have the same shortcut.

I'm forced to use the German localization. That Avogadro has no option to choose the menu language is an annoying missing feature. It always takes the language of my Windows system.

Since Avogadro 0.9.8 it is no longer possible to add new atoms in a new file when the user doesn't have administrator priviledges. This occurs on Windows XP 32 bit and also 64 bit version. This is a regression to Avogadro 0.9.6 (maybe also to 0.9.7).

I can confirm that shortcuts are now working again, but with one exception: Ctrl+S is still not working. The reason might be that the action "Save" and "Save As" have the same shortcut Ctrl+S.

There's a somehow embarassing mistake in the PGF documentation for version 2.0: On page 70 you refer to a 3D pie chart and state:
The area of "Wind" is slightly smaller than the area of "Mineralölprodukte" although
the percentage of Wind is nearly three times larger than the percentage of Mineralölprodukte.
This is incorrect, because the wind doesn't cover 4.4...
