we have never heard of this problem. please try a fresh install, and use only the AlephOne that comes with this download. If you upgrade your AlephOne, there's no guarantee that things will work correctly. I've assigned this to our Windows installer maker in case you are able to reproduce this after a clean download and install.

I noticed that you marked this as fixed. Does that mean that the MML flags are back in now and work? Or is it still the case that the MML flags are gone, and we must rely on the Shapes definition of the object? (if the latter, status of "fixed" is a bit misleading)

I'm guessing that you have some files missing, or misplaced, but it's hard to know without having more details. What I do know is that I am not able to reproduce the problem you describe. I'll leave this in a pending state to see if you have more information to provide, but likely I'll be closing the issue since it appears to be isolated to your installation of the game.
