Fundamentals 4 is not compilable with Delphi 2009 yet. There has been some major changes in string handling in Delphi 2009. It should compile fine with Delphi 2007 though.

A new version of Fundamentals 4 has been released. The main improvement in this release is compilation under FreePascal and Linux/FreeBSD.
A lot of re-organisation has also been done, so you might find units moved, merged and/or renamed.
Reworked socket library units is now also included in the utilities library.
