It was, in fact, completely a namespace issue. I had also suspected that it was a misuse of XQuery rather than a Saxon issue; but thank you for clearing this up, and so promptly, no less.

First, thanks for all the great work. The new release candidate looks really promising.
I've installed Mayan(320x16).prc (and other versions of Mylan, just to be sure), but the pieces still look the same. No errors from the program, and I've no idea how to debug this. Thanks much.

Sorry to bother everyone, but I'm having a more fundamental problem getting Tora operational just now: I don't know how to install an oracle client.
Let me see if I'm saying this correctly: I don't want to run an actual instance of the Oracle database on my laptop, I just want the a client I can use to connect to other Oracle databases here at the University.
