that bug report on ubuntu's site was from me. i posted it on ubuntu's site and on yours to better the odds of a fix i guess. really not sure what the problem is but in the above post the error references a file as part of your mac4lin package which it seems to have a problem with "shadow-out.png".

hi. i love your theme big time but i am experiencing a pretty major problem as a result of having it installed.
when i launch software-center in karmic koala, it launches and then almost immediately crashes.
here is the output copied from the terminal after running software-center:
~$ software-center

Hi,
I created a basic form which will email me when complete but the form phpformgenerator created has all the fields list in a vertical format from top to bottom.
Can anybody explain to me how i can re-arrange where the fields are on the page so that i can arrange some fields horizontally so the user doesnt have to scroll down the page to view all the fields?

i figured it out. in my php.ini file, i original used the internal ip of our mail server for "smtp server".
so i changed it to it's dns name and it worked.

The above line is what i get when i try to submit a test to a form i generated on phpformgenerator's site.
Its a quotation form which then should email us letting us know we have a new quote.
But i get the above...
