In file "Handboek OOo2Writer_NL.v2" is a hyperlink on page 2. This hyperlink has character property "italic".
In version r5248 it was converted correctly. In version r5254 the "italic" formatting is lost.

Hello Mr. Begtin,
all the converts have this behavior because the Microsoft Office Applications will not open macro files that are named .xlsx or docx instead of .xlsm and .docm!
I agree that this behavior is not very good if you want to use the tool in batch scenarios. We will rethink this behavior.
One idea is to introduce a command line option that forces the given output name...

Charts are not fully implemented and can still cause problems. If you have files that cause problems, feel free to submit a bug in the xls2x tracker (and please attach the files).
I'm sorry, there is no way to convert OpenXml files to the binary format.
