Hi to all!
I tried nawui, and I think it is a very good front-end.. not easy to install (in my opinion) but very good.
Now I have a problem: I created a service definition (like PING), and I would like to associate it to multiple hosts... but the drop-down menu doesn't permit it! I can't make multiple selections...
Is it a bug, or a desired behavior? I think a multiple selection would be...

Hi!
I'm asking if it is possible, in TTS, to pre-assign a ticket to a well-defined user, based upon what category the user chooses.
Even better, if it is possible that a user chooses the assignee, and automatically he can see only the categories owned by that assignee.
This would be very very useful, I think...
