Yes, it's easy to set the region to 0 (playable anywhere on suitable playback hardware).
Automatically transcoding from PAL-to-NTSC or NTSC-to-PAL, along with synchronizing audio, preserving menus, etc., which is the tricky part, and the crux of this feature request. :-)

DVD95 is great!
I'd like the ability to transcode and set the region, for example so I can move some documentary films from Region 4 PAL to Region 1 NTSC, so I can watch them after I move.
