CUPS Backend tests are broken. Does not return an error if it is not set, and length test in setting is always true.
This patch fixes these problems in configure (not the source files) and adds the FreeBSD CUPS backend directory (which should most likely be $PREFIX/libexec/cups/backents, not hard coded to /usr/local, but I don't see a major problem there)

I see this (with segfault) when attacking walls with the battleship... don't have a debug Stratagus at the moment, but the backtrace looks like this:

When a filename contains a backslash, it is not escaped and appears as a control sequence in the TeX output.

When a colwidth is specified with no units, rather than using pt as per OASIS Technical Memorandum TM 9502:1995, dblatex fails.
