The message in the ant build to sign the webstart is for windows only. I keep putting in the wrong command. This adds a unix style message. Maybe the targets should be in jarsigner.xml?.

Roberto reached out to me about this commit, so I am doing the "lazy agreement".. I looked it over as well, and adding Columns seems to simplify the code.. Also, it looked like 2 tests were added, which seems like a key bit. DataSetUtils is inheriantly one of those "garbage can" classes that gets a bit of everything. So if there is a enough code to warrent a Columns class, then...

Directories and file names show up as square boxes, instead of letters.
Alternatively, they show up as chinese characters on some PC's.
The top level directories show up in normal English text:
\\myserver\myshare
But when I click on the "myshare" link then all the subfolders show up in
boxes. On another server I have the same version of Davenport installed,
and everything works...
