Sorry It was our nework issue .
Now every thing works as per my requirement . I am able to control the internet speed using WANem and best thing is : it is as accurate as +/- 1% of set value

Now I am able to ping from eth1 ( DUT side subnet ) having IP 192.168.2.1 to any machine on my company network which is connected through eth0 (174.25.0.159 )
of WANem machine
ie . From WANem ( or from DUT) status menu if I try to ping 174.25.0.199 it say
" Reachable" but if I try to ping any machine on internet say (google.com)

Yes
The setup is like you mentioned. I will clerify more
1) Switch 1 is a part of office LAN where internet is available
2) Switch 2 is connected to eth1 of WANem PC and there is nothing else connected to it except
my DUT .
As you mentioned

Thanks for the quick reply.
As you suggested I have WANem PC setup with two NIC cards . My application demands internet
connnectivity . To check my application performance we want vary the internet download speed
with WANem . For this purpose I want configure the setup.

Thanks a lot to TCS and the team who has developed the tool . It was very cumbersome to use Nistnet earlier fot the same purpose.
We are having a very specific query about use of WANem for Controlling Download bandwidth .
We are able to control the upload bandwidth by passing the packets through WANem machine where we can specify the bandwidth value .
