Well, in very limited testing yesterday afternoon, it seems to do the trick. I didn't see any harm in my changes...basically I rewrote the logic to continue call create_dir iteratively, rather than jump out after the first call (which was to create "/"), but to jump out if create_dir returned an error. Otherwise return a successful create at the end of the split loop, after all create_dirs...

Jeroen, it appears to be a logic error with regards to create_dir_recursive. The function as written returns w/o completing the path creation. I've "fixed" it, if you're interested in the 4 line change. Drop me a mail.
