Yes, it seems that when I click the item in the TortoiseCVS
menu, the TortoiseCVS and WinRAR run simultaneously
(virtually clicked two menu?).
This matter is not always happened(about 50% percentage
probability).

I installed WinRAR and TortoiseCVS. See previous bug
report by me.
There always be a cvslock.exe - Application Error
" The instruction at "0x1000a1eb" referenced memory at
"0x000000c0". The memory could not be "read"
And there are a lot of cvslock icon in the
"notification area".

I found sometimes when I right-click the TortoiseCVS
menu, it invoke WinRAR menu(do WinRAR operation)? Is
there a conflict?...

Hello SF Admin,
I want to use Project homepage(http://ldpc.sf.net), but
shall I upload the html file to where and use what tool?
I read the help document in Admin->Shell/DB/Web. But it
is too difficult to understand for a newbie who are not
familiar to it!
WHAT'S THE SIMPLEST WAY? And Is there any tutorial
about it?

LDPC(Low Density Parity Codes) is a powerful error
correction code. It has been used in DVB-S2(2005-03).
But there are so few programs in Internet.
We searched "LDPC" in SF and found only two exists. One
