I am sorry to have to reopen this, but this response didn't give me the idea that you thoroughly got my point.
First off, I 'know' this user from a forum and for what I've read, I don't think he is either going to listen to me or going to care about the copyright infringements (the usual "I am anonymous" pseudo-protection). I will send him a message though, if you really require me to do so...

I failed to notice this before I submitted the original message, but the user seems to have more projects. One of them is phpBB-related, but it's very grey to me and I don't think that actually violates a license... The other one, however, is yet again a Microsoft Windows-related one.
