That's not possible, however, if you have urls in your css files, I suggest not to combine these, or try the experimental css path rewrite in the packtag.properties file:
resources.rewrite=true.

So, do you use BEA Weblogic? If the getRealPath-Method is incorrectly implemented by that appserver, I don't know what to do about it. I won't introduce another parameter, there are way to much parameter to configure pack:tag already.
Do you have any other suggestions?.

Not directly, I'm active in other projects currently. But another sf user (ilgian) was active, and I just released Jalita 1.1 that contains some changes from him.
