I have a report with an image that look good in IReport and in the JR viewer, but gets blurry when generated as a pdf. I think it may be the pdf compression settings. Is there any way I can set them when doing the export?

Thanks, we aren't crazy about the SourceForge forum either, but we started writing our own forum in SOFIA that we plan to host on the Salmon LLC site at some point. The biggest issue we've found is that we don't have a good way to extract the 5000 messages+ currently on the SourceForge forum. We are a bit strapped for time at the moment. Anybody want to volunteer to get this started. We would need somebody to go through MyEclipse and list the potential integration points with SOFIA and what would need to be done to achieve them (for example see what sort of extension points MyEclipse provides that would allows for the integration).

It's a pretty nasty problem, very deep in the Swing Set I think. I posted some messages to the Eclipse forum and to Sun's forum, but I haven't heard anything back yet. The big companies are pretty crappy at supporting their products, but if I learn anything I'll post it here.
