The problem is not in the media dispatcher, but in your versions of the sqlobject and python-mysqldb modules. Use the latest versions for both of them to solve your issue.

That is a bridge between the opensips call_control module and the actual prepaid engine.
With this application combined with the call_control opensips module, one can already do all you list there. We currently have this running with:
