I am the admin for bnf-for-java.
When I upload a new release, I also submit a News item. Sometimes, the News item is published in the sourceforge-daily email, but usually not.
I don't understand why my news is published sometimes, and not sometimes.
I have read the instructions on submitting news/rss but I haven't seen the answer.
Can you help me to get my News published?

Every page for every project, and for user pages, too, has regions for notices, info, and ads.
The first region across the top of every page shows the SF logo, and a login button. It's OK.
