Yikes, I can't seem to add a new Feature Request at the moment, am I missing something? Of course I'm missing something ! The fonts are way too small, can't find the darn Add New Feature Request button or whatever, uh this is yet more incentive to get the new release done soon ;-)

Yes, that is possible and I can add that to the features page. There are a *ton* of features still to be implemented though.
Many thanks for your suggestion.

Hi Josef,
The next version of VMG will have the working Dynamic Mode feature, but I don't know yet if that will have all of the multi-monitor support that we want since that the Dynamic Mode by itself is a large feature. I am hoping to release that feature by late March. Then after that, we can start putting in all of the "other" features (for lack of a better term) such as...

Hi John,
Thanks for logging this bug (and many thanks for creating the PortableApps.com installer ;-).
You're quite right, the config settings need to go to the official place. This is more important on Vista, and soon-to-be-Win7, which actually enforces this concept. So we'll need to fix this for the next release.

Hi Josef,
Thanks for explaining again, my mistake. VMG is supposed to work on both monitors just like you are asking. It could that your version has a bug. I'm not sure which of the newer versions will work, but I know for sure that v2.36 works on two monitors. If you can, please download that one.
I will have make sure that our next release supports two monitors correctly.

Hi Josef,
I think I understand the problem. You need to move the mouse between both monitors, primary for your magnification and second monitor for presentation display for the audience. So the magnifier usually follows the mouse, but you don't want it for the second monitor.
Older versions of VMG did not work on the second monitor. You can download version 2.0 which stays limited to...

v2.36
- Toggle magnifier with middle mouse button.
- Major rewrites of source code (C to C++)
Virtual Magnifying Glass will soon have a properties dialog, such that the user can select all sorts of options, including Hotkey assignment.
Also, upcoming is a more interactive "dynamic mode" magnifier.
