There are several problems in svn code.
First I came up with is this BILLS_CPPWARNINGS. I tracked this down to aclocal.m4 so this is a autoconf related issue. After fixing that I got severall errors on missing SDL. It seems, that author have some idea how to proceed with this project, but execution of that isn't complete.
