Context menu actions of Edit, Open and Printo as well as any custume ones which are added with
'Windows explorer-->Tools-->Folder Options-->File Types-->Registered File Type: bmp-->Advanced'
are all masked from the context menu as long as KSDiff was installed.
I deleted the .bmp file association and recreated it several times.
