I made several changes to the patch. In particular, the option is now called 'keyboardBroadcast' and can take one or two options. The first is "on", "off", or "toggle". The second is a list of screens to broadcast to, defaulting to all screens. If you're on the server screen then the key will always be delivered to it and if you're on a client screen the the key...

I won't be applying this patch as it breaks more programs that it fixes. (It fixes XP's RDC and breaks several games.) If synergy could detect it was inside an XP RDC window and only apply the hack then, that'd be fine.
I'll leave this patch open since I'm sure a bunch of people will want to apply it anyway.
