The most likely reason for this is that the in-built tag
outputs the rewritten URL, not the original one (as seen in the
browser). AFAIK, this is a bug in the control.
To solve this, you need to either implement the Form Control Adapter
or change the tag to use the one provided in the
UrlRewriter.NET assembly (I recommend the Form Control Adapter for
.NET 2.0).
