memberships of Org Unit Containers do show up (I verified this on the demo server), whereas memberships of Org Units don't - this will be fixed with openCRX v2.5.3 (and we'll also fix the customizing of the ouMembership grid)

did you look at some examples on the demo server? pick any opportunity that has a non-zero total amount... the main ingredients are:
- price level (with a currency!)
- product with base price(s) (assigned to an active price level
- opportunity currency must match currency of price level, otherwise you'll never get a price
