For items with a due date, it would be nice if the date were shown in the menu. For my purposes, month and day would suffice to show the item had a due date and approximately when it was. Perhaps others can comment with other use cases.

It would be nice if Growl notification was an option in the alarm pop-up.

The menu bar issue was resolved for me some time ago. I am currently running 1.4.8, build 6.
The side issue of whether the active servers listed in the pop-up are selectable persists. It seems as though the selectability of the pop-up menu items is set when the dialog is refreshed rather than when the "active" check box is altered. At worst, this is a cosmetic issue.
Thanks.

I've attached a screen shot to tracker item 1788541.
Additionally, I noticed a minor difference that I had not seen in the
initial report (and is not captured in my screen shot). In the "Cities"
tab, the active servers (weather.com) for cities that had not been loaded
since the upgrade were gray. Selecting those cities and updating the menu
restored their "selectability". This has no...

This item supplements the report in item 1786786 (Icons missing for European cities). I added a comment to that item, but could not add this screen shot.

With my switch to 1.4.7 (build 5), I am seeing the same problem with US cities (Miami, Chicago, Boston, Decatur [GA]). There are other reports of this problem in the forums. For me, the icon in the menu bar appears as the question mark, but the icons in the extended forecast display correctly.

Files named with leading spaces are not appearing in
ftp servers mounted using curlftpfs.
I've seen this on a Solaris box (SunOS 5.8) and with
IIS (identified itself as "b3 Microsoft FTP Service
(Version 4.0)").
I only tested this with version 0.9 of curlftpfs.

Under Solaris 8, when extended permissions are used,
there is a plus sign (+) at the end of the permissions
string in directory listings. If there is no space
between the plus and the number that follows it, the
file does not appear in the mounted file system.
Example listing:
drwxrwsr-x+144 cristol molvis 10240 Dec 31 2005 v11
drwxrwsr-x+135 cristol molvis 9216 Oct 6...

Since upgrading my iBook G4 to J2SE 5.0 Release 4 (OS X
10.4.7), starting MegaTrack 1.4.1 (re-released version)
fails with a dialog saying "Error opening tracks
database". This can be remedied by deleting the
contents of "~/Library/Application
Support/MegaTrack/UserDB", but subsequent attempts to
start MegaTrack fail in the same way.
