I managed to get this working by using install.sh as the command for process-service-perfdata.
It is now processing the whole of perfdata.log.

I tried upgrading to 1.3.0 and still get the same problem.
@rafis - have you tried running insert.pl manually? If you haven't, can you try and see if you notice the behaviour below.
I've noticed what I run insert.pl from the command line (and not allow nagios to process the command) it processes the whole of perfdata.log and in nagiosgraph log I see "perfdata not recognized"...

Can someone explain the meaning of the following message for me:
show.cgi warn - define 'selectitems' in nagiosgraph.conf
I've tried a search of the web/forums but cannot understand where this needs to be defined and with what.
