Has anyone considered the possibility of synching pNotes with Google Notebook, WebDAV, SSH, etc? I know pNotes is portable, but I use computers that don't have USB ports and that don't run Windows. This way, my notes themselves will truly be portable.
On Windows, I could use pNotes, and on Ubuntu for example, I could use Tomboy, and the contents of my notes would stay the same.

How about a 2D version of this game for people without 3D accelerator cards? I'm on an older laptop that has an S3 Savage IX video controller and I'd really like to play FoF. My desktop has a somewhat new nVidia card, but it's out of commission for the foreseeable future.

I've been getting moderation points lately, so naturally, I've been itching to put them to good use. Most of my slashdot reading time has been at work during my lunch break. I currently work in a primarily MS shop, so I'm stuck using Windows XP Pro SP2 and IE 6.

I don't seem to be having this same problem anymore. I did clear the browser's cookies. It could also be the proxy I'm behind at work. I currently work in a primarily MS shop, so this particular machine's environment is MSIE 6 and Windows XP Pro SP2.
I've not once experienced this issue at home on my Debian-based system using Firefox.

Whenever I expand the tagging area on a slashdot article to see the list of example tags and the tag textbox, I get the following error:
'navigator.vendor' is null or not an object on line 834.
This is happening on IE6 on Windows XP Professional SP2.
Clicking on the textbox itself reiterates this error. I cannot type in the textbox as a result, however, I can type in an external program...

Lately, whenever I've been logging in, I'm redirected back to the same page, not logged in. Whenever I do actually manage to get logged in, I often have to log in again when switching between different sections of Slashdot (e.g.: between yro, linux, it, politics, etc.).

I'm getting this same issue. It was happening intermittently with beta5 and now it happens very frequently with beta6 to the point of making Gaim unusable.
