I needed support for measuring how many cycles are spent in a function, excluding cycles spent in functions called by it. I also needed to determine which functions called each of the functions. I've added the support for those features and I figured I should submit a patch. I don't know if you people are interested in this; feel free to reject it or modify it in any way.

Sorry, missed this in the last patch. According to TI's slau049F:
With MAC, SumExt should be set to 0 if there was no carry produced
With MPY, SumExt should be set to 0
The attached patch fixes the issue.

Quivi 1.2.0 released. The biggest change is performance: it's now much faster to open large images. Also, two often requested features were added: rotation and thumbnails.
