Great job! Just a couple of suggestions:
On the Add PC section, the fields used on the Other items section could also be added (as well as Company, Department,etc.) for the Main PC System Unit.
On the other hand, been able to run the audit.vbs script directly from the web site (or as a plug-in) and feed the data directly thru the ODBC connector on the server will be super.
