Hi, I am trying to package this for Mandriva. I seem to have trouble compiling with gcc 4.2.1. Due to ambiguous constructors. Is this a known issue?

This patch converts current CVS to pidgin.
It does not rename files or website URLs but does convert all the calls to their purple or pidgin counterparts.

When trying to run the latest synaptics with latest Xorg 7.2 RC3 it fails to load the synaptics module:
