This patch is a result of our effort to make the last version of vscan sources work with Samba 3.2.5 and Clamav.
We firstly applied over the last original source files of vscan (version 0.3.6b) some patches used in Suse Linux but it doesn't worked yet. So we tracked the gcc error messages and made the changes until got it working.
