please look up either documentation on iptables or awk/grep/perl for either manual insertion of exceptions into the firewall or for filtering of blocking lists before they get loaded by moblock.
I close this - exeptions is a feature, that should maybe be there. But time is short at the moment and it does not hurt to know how ones firewall works.
