No problem, Craig. I'm just posting them for future reference and work. As for this bug, the workaround is quite simple: after I resize the RichTextBox2 control, I just run its Refresh method or similar to get it to update.

The scrollbar appears normally when changing the following (provided content overflows new text box size):
* Decreasing the width.
* Increasing the width.
* Increasing the height.
However, the scrollbar does not appear when:
* Decreasing the height.

1.) Add RichTextBox2 to a form.

The ZoomFactor float value of the RichTextBox2 control is reset to 1.0 whenever the Text property of the control is set to String.Empty within the .NET environment. ZoomFactor should not be dependent upon having the Text property set to one or more characters.
