Currently it appears that to produce digitally signed MSI packages one must use the Microsoft signtool.exe program.
It would be nice if light.exe (or whatever's appropriate) could be enhanced to also do this.

The XML fragment:

is rendered by FOP 0.93 (with fop1.extensions set to 1) as:
File # Quit
It looks like the workaround in the process.menuchoice template (docbook-xsl-1.72.0/fo/inline.xsl) for "fop.extensions" is still needed for FOP 0.93.
