Vi need to improve the maintenance of users and groups/roles, so that it is easier to create a new user with correct rights to the system and more intuitive to create some roles that are understandable to everybody..

The current way of setting up organisations/persons, debtors and creditors are somewhat confusing. We need a new way to create new debtors/creditors that will also handle the creation of organisations and persons in an intuitive way.

- kører en opdateret Ubuntu 9.04
- kører på en MySQL server og ikke SQLite
- har installeret fra frifinans-testing
Dernæst skal jeg bede dig starte serveren og klienten fra en terminal og kopiere output hertil.
Jeg har lige lagt en ny database struktur (frifinans_mysql_structure_27jul09.sql...

The current setup of financial year include options for each year. I want this removed, so than you can have a financial year with a start date, end date and status (open/closed) and the gui should be changed to reflect this. Perhaps by starting to work on a menubar setup option.

Please add an status = enum(open/closed) to FF_financeyears. Show as checkboks in GUI.

It should be impossible to record anything if the date is not within an existing financial period and the period is open.
