Spam email sent to user addresses is currently only marked as such in the subject, but where the email is clearly spam (high score) it would be more appropriate to reject it instead of forwarding it. It is otherwise impossible for users to automatically reject spam email as both discarding it unread and rejecting it locally (causing a DSN to be sent) aren't very good options.
Ideally the spam...

dk->sender_beforesign is not used in dk_address, if an unsigned message has a Sender: header it will be ignored when dk_address is used to get the sender. When the From: domain requires signing then external verification will fail.

If an account is disconnected and auto-reconnected
while auto-away, gaim will forget that account is in
the auto-away state when the user returns.

I consider this an ircu bug since it should probably be
possible to ban .user.network and have it ban that
account. The ban is set but ircu doesn't apply it to the user.

Why does ChanServ voice the user whenever they use the down
command? If that's a modification you've done you might have
caused it to desync somewhere. User mode +k can also cause
weird behaviour.

I can't reproduce this:
[14:12:18] * ChanServ (ChanServ@Services.GameSurge.net)
invites you to join #channel
[14:12:18] -AuthServ- I recognize you.
[14:12:54] -ChanServ- Deleted beecat (with access 499) from
the #channel user list.
--reconnect--
[14:13:24] -AuthServ- I recognize you.
Attempting to use uset autoinvite (which is obviously going
to fail):

When a user is suspended while in the channel, the last
seen time is updated. This doesn't happen when the user
is unsuspended while in the channel:
[16:02:27] !seen mike[F]
[16:02:28] -ChanServ- mike[F] is in the channel right now.
[16:02:32] !suspend mike[F]
[16:02:32] -ChanServ- mike[F]'s access to #channel has
been suspended.

ChanServ.myaccess could show the suspension in the
access level:
[13:40:29] -ChanServ- [#channel (s200)] infoline
The ChanServ.uset settings (noauto[op/voice],
autoinvite) could also be shown in some way if it's not
considered to be out of the scope of a "my access" command.
