This seems to work fine after upgrading to the Ubuntu karmic qemu-kvm 0.11.0-rc1 package cross compiled for Debian Lenny (with slight changes), with the stock debian lenny 2.6.26 host kernel.

I have this issue on two hosts (one AMD, one Intel) since I've started using KVM. I'm using KVM like I was using Xen before, which means I'm not running a bootloader on the disk but specify the kernelimage and kerneloptions directly on the kvm commandline like this.

In http://pam.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/pam/Linux-PAM/modules/pam_access/access.conf?r1=1.5&r2=1.6 pam_access a patch from my former colleague Mike Becher added IPv6 support to pam_access. The patch he wrote lists our IPv6 networks (2001:4ca0::/32) in the example configuration. This is not a big issue, but there is a special IPv6 documentation prefix for these purposes.

While TCP and UDP are correctly classified on native IPv6 netflow data ICMPv6 packets are classified as 'other' traffic instead of ICMP, probably because nfsen filters on "proto icmp" which only matches IPv4 ICMP.
