Merge Modules combined with IgnoreModularization

Hi When using the IgnoreModularization tag in a merge module on an ID for a file the resulting .msm does get created correctly with the ID of the file left unmodified. Package restructoring

Hi I would be useful if the package would be distributed in a more tradtional structure. The traditional package structure in this case would would be just having all the files inside a python-mock-0.1.0/ directory. This is very useful as it means that distributions will be less likely to have the need to repackage the upstream source. For Debian for example this is now required. Also...
