Honestly, I have no idea why it's not working -- it has something to do with it being written in C#/.NET. I am currently in the process of re-writing the application in C++/WIN32, and I have shell extension working in x64 (FINALLY!). Please keep an eye on the new project page for updates. http://phototoysclone.codeplex.com I expect to have it released soon (no more than a month).
