I need help dealing with resource allocation in OpenProj. Given a simple project starting at May 1st with let's say two tasks, one task with a duration of three days, the other one takes only one day. Each task may start as early as possible but there are no dependencies. There's only one resource who has to do all the tasks. Currently my project will be finished at May 3rd which is wrong...

Hi,
I'm looking for specific advice for working with OpenProj. I have to note that I never really used a project management software to its fullpower before, please pardon my ignorance.
My problem is that I can't figure out how to track tasks. Let's say that I have a task with a duration of fourteen days. After two days someone sets completion to 50 percent but leaves duration and end date...

Hi,
I just setup a project with OpenProj 1.4. I entered a few tasks in my Gantt chart and setup a few dependencies. Now the bar chart looks a little bit weird because of this. Is there a simple way to rearrange the tasks like moving up or down a single task by mouse or button? Or do I have to erase and re-enter the tasks in question? I do know that I can sort the tasks but that's not exactly...

Hi,
I noticed a strange bug in Filezilla 3.0.1. I use this tool for up- and downloading files to a USB stick attached to my WLAN router. During an upload of a ~120 MB file the log tells me that it got disconnected from the server, but the upload still went on (see screenshot). I couldn't find logs, if you tell me where to find them I will send them.
My OS is Windows XP Pro + SP 2(German).

I'd would be nice if the option "Is String" is preselected for CHAR-types when entering the Filter and Sort dialog (it might make sense in more dialogs, though).
