Can you add the following method to the XmlToAddressFunctor.java:

public void init() {
getUnmarshaller();
}
----
This will initialize the Unmarshaller which takes approximately 2-8 Seconds.
With this function i can initialize the unmarshaler bevor the first request cames in.
this would be nice, thanks,
