Hmm.. I tried this and got:
Error - Perl execution failed
Password changing is not enabled! at /usr/libexec/webmin/password_change.cgi line 12.
Apparently this wants passwd_mode in miniserv.conf set to 2.. Mine was 0.. I'm not sure where this gets changed in webmin, but I changed it with VI and tested password changing on first login and everything went perfectly.

DHCPD has started putting this line in my lease file:
server-duid "\000\001\000\001\021\361&.\000\024O\241\305\372";
I have no idea what it means but webmin seems to confuse it for a garbled lease with \000\001\000\001\021\361&.\000\024O\241\305\372 as the IP address.

Every operation I have tried so far has resulted in a message like:
Failed to save database permissions : SQL flush privileges failed : Table 'mysql.servers' doesn't exist
Yet seems to succeed anyway.

chgrp: bin errors my fault - /etc/group was FUBAR. Re-run with appropriate groups fixed all but:
