A simple typo in configure.in causes cppflags_save to always be cleared, and hence when CPPFLAGS is later restored, it ends up empty.

It's a default category, all of which can be turned off in the General Preferences 'Include default categories'.

When a CSV export is done, all of the fields are quoted for safety reasons; this includes quoting the notes field with newlines in it, so they should be fine.
Is the exported file failing to be read by something that supports CSV? If so, what software?.

I did specifically choose not to set any kind of extension as it was a bit tough to predict what someone may want, whether txt, csv, xml, or something else specific to some other app that may be importing.
I'll look into adding an option for file extensions for the future.

The option to confirm an entry's deletion was actually removed for the 1.3 release, since the delete can simply be undone (as 'nobody' points out).
Is confirmation really needed when a simply Cmd-Z can bring a deleted entry right back?.
