I unfortunately cannot reproduce (and therefore fix) this bug, sorry.
Another (maybe related) bug has been submitted earlier that I could not reproduce, so maybe they are both linked to windows handling things differently than linux:

java version:
operating system:
(other:)
did you copied the _xalan library if you use a recent java version (see FAQ)?
type of report you tried to generate: html, pdf, dhtml
did you already tried to generate an HTML report...

Hello ddffr,
The error log you display suggets that your java configuration does not provide the xalan XSLT processor... or at least not in a compatible version.
As mentionned in the FAQ & known bugs (http://protege-docgen.sourceforge.net/):
Docgen does work under JAVA 1.5 (or later) but since some class changed in JAVA 1.5 you need to fix it.
Read further, it takes a second.

to reproduce:
- launch synfig
- run any other application fullscreen (e.g. firefox)
- alt-tab to bring Synfig forward (or click on similar button)
-> only main "synfig studio" window and current project editor are brought in front of firefox. other windows (info+palette+history and parameters+children+time in default settings) remain on background.
expected behaviour would be to bring...

turns out *a lot* of text items is hardcoded in english, and not included in the current localisation file... so don't expect miracles with this file anyway ;/
eg: nav links, admin dialogs and other are only partially localized.

Sorry for not spotting your message earlier, I tought I'd get a mail notification but it was not the case.
Nice idea of a configuration, if you feel like hacking the plugin code to add this please do, but I won't in the near future.
Meanwhile you can have an easy quickfix: edit the "admain.html" file generated by the DHTML export with any text editor (notepad, gedit...) and...
