I was able to get the files from the SCM repository:
http://bastille-linux.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/bastille-linux/dev/working_tree/Bastille/Bastille/API/
Why the files aren't in the tarball or the RPM is anyone's guess...

Also, I had to download MSVCRTD.DLL separately in order to
run TiEmu in the first place...

I used TiLP to get a ROM dump of my V200; however, when
I try to load it, I get an application error. (I am
including a screenshot, as it does a better job
describing the problem than I do.) The PedroM images
work fine, though.
Technical stuff:
I am running Windows 2000 on my computer, and AMS 3.01
(BIOS/HW 2.00; however, TiEmu thinks it is HW1) on my
V200, patched with Xpand [0.2a]...
