Well, if no one else has any HTML skills, get me a general feel of what you want the page to look like, and I can code it for ya (I warn you: my HTML skills are rusty and my design skills are pretty bad...only use me as a temp. until you can get someone with a clue to do your HTML)

Indeed, IRC may be a bit tricky, although we shouldn't rule it out as a means of communication. ICQ would probably be more useful, though.
How do we decide on what goes into the scripts? Simple. You decide, or delgate the responsibility to someone else. It's your baby, westy.
As for how we get around it without creating problems, problems will occur no matter what. Commities won't fix that.
