Calendar entries don't get saved

I've been using CyberCalendar for about 6 months with great success. I have three calendars up and working but ran into trouble when I set up a new one yesterday. The Calendar appears just fine, but when I, as admin, or a user fills out the calendar form and hits submit the system says the entry has been added. Problems witHelp Button & New Calendar Saving

I just had CyberCalendar set up for my by my internet service provider who makes it available to its users. The Admin module is pretty straight forward but I'm having two problems that seem to be realted to the programming and not the my set up.
